It used to be: "Once a dealership, always a dealership." Today, the motto is: "Buy your dream car online at the click of a button".

Why we commit ourselves to the ISO standard 9001:2015 - Quality management at pixelconcept
The corporate culture at pixelconcept includes a strict focus on customer satisfaction and the transparency of all processes. For this reason we have been certified according to ISO 9001:2015. This is a standard for quality management, which describes exact requirements on how quality assurance must take place in the company.
What does quality management mean?
The quality of the processes taking place in the company can be organized - through permanent quality controls and improvements in production as well as through the focus on the highest customer satisfaction. When a company introduces a quality management system and even has it certified, it ensures transparency both internally and towards its customers. Certification according to DIN 9001, which exists in various versions (the last one from 2015), is carried out by independent certification bodies such as TÜV. For certification, they check the quality management in the company. There are several standards for quality management, DIN 9001 (international: ISO 9001) is the most frequently used worldwide. It defines minimum requirements for the QMS (quality management system) that must be fulfilled in order for products to provide the highest customer benefit and at the same time meet legal (official) requirements. The management system of an ISO 9001 certified company should strive for continuous improvement. This striving for improvement - the so-called process-oriented approach - was implemented in ISO 9001 as early as 2000 and has been increasingly emphasized ever since. There are other approaches such as the risk-based approach, which was only introduced in recent years. Changes to ISO 9001 have taken place gradually over the past decades, taking into account the changing business and technical conditions. Often they are not major changes, but only conceptual adjustments, such as the last one in 2015, which are called "amendments" (= change or adjustment). The most recent of these changes relate, among other things, to the digital storage of relevant information, which is why we are no longer talking about documentation (on paper), but about information (mainly digital).
How does ISO 9001:2015 certification promote customer satisfaction?
Chapter 9.1.2 of the standard deals with this area. According to this, a corporate culture is to be created that takes customer expectations into account, even if the customer cannot define these expectations precisely in advance or they change when he gets to know the product. This seems problematic at first, because nobody wants to change a finished product or a product under development without need. However, in software development at pixelconcept, we solve this problem by using agile development methods such as Scrum, which makes it easy to adapt to customer requirements during development. This requires a strict transparency of all processes during development, which Scrum is designed for from the very beginning. A company should also take complaints very seriously and react flexibly in the interest of the customer. The ISO 9001 in all (also earlier) versions has always been a requirement,
- to control the satisfaction of the customers,
- to implement appropriate methods of control and
- to introduce changes and improvements immediately after complaints.
We adhere to this, which is documented by our ISO 9001:2015 certificate. All in all, ISO 9001:2015 certification contributes to a corporate culture that is much more strongly focused on customer benefit. Our customers confirm the improvement of our quality.
