MINI Germany and Unterberger Group awarded in the year of advertising 2016
Once again this year, the "Year of Advertising" jury awarded prizes for outstanding communication measures in a wide range of industries and media. We are pleased that two pixelconcept projects have again been included in the book for the Year of Advertising 2016. Selected were the new MINI Deutschland used car exchange as well as the 2016 launched Responsive Website of the Unterberg Group.
"The MINI Germany Used Car Exchange is an online platform for the marketing of used vehicles of the MINI brand. This platform is based on the Automanager vehicle management of pixelconcept and the central used car management system of BMW AG.
The vehicle search is designed to be intuitive and guides the user step by step from model selection to financing rate to the request for an individual vehicle offer. The focus of the new development was on the implementation of the Responsive Design, so that interested parties can also use the online exchange optimally with mobile devices. In addition to the classic search criteria, the user has the possibility of comparing up to three vehicles with each other. He can choose between "vehicle data", "environment", "equipment" and "supplier" and thus find the ideal vehicle for himself. There is also the option of saving search queries and thus being able to access these vehicles at a later date or to be informed by e-mail if newly entered vehicles match the desired search criteria".

"The conception of the new car dealership website for the Unterberger Group started with the idea of continuous progress. The central idea of the head of the family, Fritz Unterberger, was at the heart of this concept: "If we want to continue to live as we do now, we have to change".
"The main focus of the website is the presentation of the car brands including all models and the car exchange. The exchange offers interested parties a wide range of variables and functions. Thus a user can be informed specifically about vehicle offers that are relevant to him/her, "park" favourites or compare vehicles with each other."

BACKGROUND
The competition, whose aim is to provide a platform for the important developments, campaigns and individual achievements of a year as well as their creators and senders, also honoured a number of large, national campaigns. The big winner of the year is the Heimat agency, which among other things was awarded the Hornbach campaign "Du lebst. Remember me" campaign as agency of the year.
